Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineering with M.Sc in Aviation program at Telangana State Aviation Academy blends hands-on aircraft maintenance training with advanced postgraduate academic study in aviation science. The integrated course combines practical workshops, live aircraft exposure, and theoretical aviation modules to prepare students for technical roles in airlines, aviation maintenance organisations (MROs), research, and regulatory bodies with a dual qualification emphasis.
Educational Qualification : Completed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics (MPC stream)
Documents Required : SSC/10th marksheet, Intermediate 1st & 2nd year marksheets, Aadhar Card, Passport photo
Commercial Pilot Training
The Commercial Pilot Training programme at Telangana State Aviation Academy (TSAA), a DGCA-approved Flight Training Organisation in Hyderabad, is a professional pilot training course that prepares cadets to become qualified commercial pilots. The course includes structured ground theory, flight training (single & multi-engine), simulator sessions, and DGCA-mandated flying hours to meet regulatory requirements and build flying proficiency for airline or commercial operations.
Minimum Age : 17 years
Education : 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics & English (or NIOS/equivalent)
Medical Fitness : Valid DGCA Class I or Class II Medical Certificate
Drone Pilot Training
The Drone Pilot Training program at TSAA is a professional hands-on course designed to train students in operating remotely piloted aircraft systems (RPAS) safely and effectively for commercial and industrial applications. The curriculum includes classroom theory, simulator practice (where available), practical flying sessions, safety procedures, maintenance basics, and regulatory compliance to prepare students for drone operations and certification requirements.
Minimum Age : 18 years
Educational Qualification : 10th or 12th pass (recognized board)
Medical Fitness : As per course regulations (fitness to fly/drone operation)
