Aircraft Maintenance Engineering - Category B1.1 (Mechanical)
A three-year, six-semester DGCA-approved Aircraft Maintenance Engineering programme totalling 2,400 hours, delivered under the CAR-66 and CAR-147 Basic syllabus. The course combines classroom theory with workshop practice and hands-on work on the campus fleet of six functional aircraft. The B1.1 stream specialises in the mechanical systems of turbine-powered aircraft, covering airframes, engines, landing gear, hydraulics and associated maintenance procedures, preparing students for airworthiness certification roles with airlines and MROs.

The B1.2 stream specialises in piston-engine aircraft, covering airframe structures, piston powerplants, systems and maintenance procedures for the general aviation and flying-club fleet.
