About us
Blue Ray Aviation is a DGCA approved organisation encompassing General Aviation activities with prime objectives of Creating Pilots, Connecting Cities through Charters and Maintaining Aircrafts.
Blue Ray Aviation was originally a flying training organisation located in Osmanabad, Maharashtra. A group of like minded individuals with equivalent passion and interest in aviation from Gujarat, invested and acquired the organisation in 2018. Thereafter, Blue Ray Aviation developed and shifted the operating base to Mesana, Gujarat.
The father-daughter duo, Rajiv Gandhi and Priya Gandhi, are the principal investors of Blue Ray Aviation.
Today, Blue Ray Aviation aspires for excellence in all three major segments of general aviation – pilot training, aircraft maintenance and air charter services.

Courses
Private Pilot License
- The Private Pilot Licence (PPL) program includes 50 hours of flight training, preparing students to operate light aircraft for personal and non-commercial flying.
- Training includes both ground school theory and practical flying, conducted by experienced instructors at the DGCA-approved flying training organisation.
Age : 16 years.
Education : Minimum Class 10 pass from a recognised board.
Medical : Valid DGCA Class II Medical Certificate
Commercial Pilot License
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) training includes approximately 200 hours of flight training, preparing cadets to fly professionally as co-pilots or commercial pilots.
- Training is conducted by experienced instructors at the DGCA-approved flight training organisation.
Age : 16 years
Education : 10+2 with Physics & Mathematics.
Medical : Valid DGCA Class 1 Medical Certificate
Airline Transport Pilot License
- The Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) preparation at Blue Ray Aviation consists of ground classes aimed at helping CPL holders pass the DGCA ATPL written and oral examinations.
- ATPL is the highest level of pilot certification, required to act as Pilot-in-Command of large multi-crew commercial aircraft.
Pilot License : Must already hold a DGCA Commercial Pilot License (CPL).
Instrument Rating : Valid instrument flying skills (IR) are generally required for ATPL progression.
Flight Radiotelephony Licence : Necessary for advanced airline operations.
Drone Training
The Drone Training Program prepares candidates to become certified remote pilots through DGCA-aligned ground training and hands-on practical flying.
Age : 18–65 years at the time of enrollment.
Education : Minimum Class 10 pass from a recognised board.
Medical : Class 3 medical certificate signed by a medical practitioner (MMBS).
